We would like to extend a sincere thank you to the TON Foundation, First Stage Labs, and everyone who helped organize and attend our TON Blockchain for Builders and Investors in NFTNYC event!

We collectively worked hard to provide an engaging and inclusive atmosphere for the endorsement of TON and Sonet’s middleware. We were thrilled to see the attendance from different backgrounds and interests come together to connect and share their experiences.

We hoped that attendees met like-minded TON-believers, made new connections, and learned about our new live product, Soton, as well as our perspectives and insights on Telegram & TON. TON’s ecosystem was rapidly growing and had the potential to be the foundation for user-centric apps that could represent the next stage in Web3 development.

As a top project advocating for TON’s expansion in the US and Western Europe, we believed that events like this were essential for building a strong community, educating the public about the rapid evolution of socials and how it affects our movement within TON, and we were grateful for your participation in making it a success! We would have been delighted to hear any feedback or suggestions that attendees may have had for future events. We were always looking to improve and make our events even more enjoyable and informative.

Once again, thank you for attending, and we hoped to see attendees at future events and looked forward to staying connected!

Below you will find the highlights of our event:

The world of web3 was constantly evolving, with new developments and events taking place all the time. In this article, we will recap a recent social event in the web3 space and highlight some of its key moments.

The event was a web3 conference held in NYC, bringing together industry leaders, developers, and enthusiasts from all around the world. One of the highlights of the conference was a keynote speech by a prominent figure in the web3 industry, Sonet’s CEO, Jeff Luk. Luk spoke about the latest developments in the space, including our integration with TON and our drive and motivation to have our product, Soton, evolved from within. TON-based projects had the advantage of accessing Telegram’s vast user base of over 700 million, surpassing that of other blockchains. To encourage widespread adoption of Web3, user-friendly apps in areas like payments, non-custodial wallets, and gaming that tapped into social network user bases like Telegram’s were essential.

Another notable moment was a panel discussion featuring several experts in the web3 space. They discussed the challenges facing the industry, such as adoption and interoperability, and shared their insights on how to overcome these challenges. The speakers also discussed the potential for web3 to revolutionize the way we think about the internet, giving users more control over their data and online experiences.

Throughout the conference, there were also many opportunities for attendees to participate in workshops and social events, learning new skills and building projects using the latest web3 technologies. Participants met with developers, entrepreneurs, and investors, exchanging ideas and building relationships that could lead to future collaborations.

Overall, the web3 conference was an excellent opportunity for people from all around the world to come together, share their insights and experiences, and build connections within the industry. With the web3 space continuing to grow and evolve rapidly, events like this undoubtedly played an essential role in shaping the future of the internet and digital technologies.

We at Sonet believe that the future success of Web3 was about understanding the advanced tools the builders and developers were constantly building, developing a product to enhance those ideas and making them come to life while utilizing networks such as Telegram that were built for mass adoption.
