Hello fellow SoCat holders and Soda community! We are excited to announce that this week we will be airdropping our famous SoCat NFT collection on Ethereum mainnet! For community members that have completed Soda’s prior beta test campaign and have been rewarded with a SoCat NFT on the Polygon testnet, you will be receiving these new Ethereum-based SoCats very soon.
Existing holders will receive the same SoCat from the series, the only difference being that these are on mainnet. We have tracked and recorded the wallet addresses of all the winners of the SoCats on testnet, and will be sending the mainnet NFTs to these same wallet addresses. If you are a winner and would like us to send your SoCat to a new wallet address, please reach out directly to Soda’s Twitter account. To qualify for this switch, please send us your: 1) Discord username, 2) the SoCat NFT that you have received via screenshot and 3) the new wallet address that you would like us to send your new SoCat to.
The deadline to send us your information for a wallet switch will be June 10, 2022, 3:59AM UTC. If you have not sent us a message by then, we will send the NFT to the existing wallet address we have for you. And finally, on that day of June 10, we will commence the airdrop of SoCat NFTs to all existing holders!
There are currently about 56 SoCat winners, so there are still about 44 SoCats that have yet to be distributed. Holders of SoCats will have access to vote and create proposals for Soda’s DAO, which will decide the future of the organization. Tune in next week where we will be announcing our new Soda DAO campaign, which will detail how new members of the Soda community can have a chance to win their very own SoCat NFT, and additional perks they will receive from holding the NFT!
